Import your products from a spreadsheet

Download the template, fill in a row per product, and upload it — far faster than typing a thousand items, and it tells you which rows have problems before anything is saved.

  1. 1Open Products and press Import.
  2. 2Download the template and open it in Excel.
  3. 3Fill in one row per product: name, barcode, selling price, cost, and the quantity you have.
  4. 4Upload the file. You get a list of what will be added and anything that looks wrong, before it is saved.
  5. 5Check the warnings, fix the rows you need to, and confirm.

Start with your hundred fastest-moving items rather than everything you own. A shop that imports two thousand products on the first day spends a week correcting them; a shop that imports a hundred is selling the same afternoon and adds the rest as they come up at the counter.
