Delivery, pickup and cash on delivery

Say whether customers collect, you deliver, or both — and set a delivery charge, a free-delivery threshold and a minimum order.

  1. 1Open Settings and find the online store section.
  2. 2Tick how customers can receive an order: collection from the shop, your own delivery, or both.
  3. 3If you deliver, set the charge and the amount above which it is free.
  4. 4Set a minimum order if a small delivery is not worth making.
  5. 5Tick whether you accept cash on delivery.

A free-delivery threshold set just above your average basket is the cheapest way to raise it. Customers add one more item to reach it, and you deliver the same trip.
