Add staff and set what they can do

1. 1Open Team and press Invite a team member.
2. 2Give their name and mobile number.
3. 3Choose a role. Each role is a set of things a person can do — a cashier sells, a manager also sees reports and changes prices.
4. 4Press Choose what they can do if you want to adjust the role for this one person only.

Never share one login between staff. If everyone signs in as the owner, every sale, every discount and every void belongs to the owner — and the one report that would have told you where the money went tells you nothing.

When somebody leaves, remove them from the Team screen the same day. A working password belonging to a former employee is the commonest way a shop loses stock quietly.
