Add a product to your shop

1. 1Open Products and press Add a product.
2. 2Scan the barcode printed on the packet. If PoedApp already knows the product, the name, brand and pack size fill in by themselves.
3. 3Type your selling price, and the cost you paid if you want profit reports.
4. 4Enter how many you have in stock and press Save.

No barcode on the packet? Press Add without a barcode. PoedApp prints one you can stick on — useful for loose goods and for things you pack yourself.

A product that matched the national catalogue also becomes checkable by shoppers scanning it, and shows up when somebody searches for the nearest shop that has it.
