Track or cancel your order
Open the order to see where it has got to; you can cancel it yourself until the shop starts preparing it, and after that you need to telephone them.
Open Orders and press the one you want. The steps show what has happened and when — placed, confirmed by the shop, ready, and collected or delivered.
The cancel button is there until the shop confirms the order. Once they have started putting it together, cancelling from the app would leave them holding goods they picked for you — so the button goes and the shop's phone number stays.
Cancelling an order you no longer want is better than not collecting it. The goods go back on the shelf immediately, and the shop remembers which customers do that.
