Report a shop or a product
Report overcharging, a product you believe is fake, or something unsafe — with the shop, the product and the price you paid, so it can actually be looked into.
- 1Open the product or the shop and press Report.
- 2Choose what the problem is — price above the registered maximum, a product you think is counterfeit, something expired or unsafe.
- 3Add a photo if you have one, and the receipt if you kept it.
- 4Submit. You can follow what happens from your complaints list.
A report with a receipt, a photo and a date is one somebody can act on. A report that says only "this shop cheats" cannot be investigated, however true it is.
