Why some figures are hidden
A figure built from too few shops, or dominated by one of them, would reveal that shop's own trading — so it is withheld, and the same rule applies to every brand including the largest.
A dash means the figure exists but is not shown. There are two reasons, and both protect the shops whose sales make the panel possible.
- Too few shops contributed to it. In an area where four shops stock a brand, a "brand total" is one shop's books with a different label on it.
- One shop is most of it. Five shops hide nothing if one of them is ninety per cent of the volume.
This is not a limit of your plan and no paid tier removes it. A paid plan buys more of the panel — more places, more history, fresher data — never a lower bar on what the panel may reveal.
As more shops stock your brand in an area, figures that were withheld start to appear on their own.
