Reading your sales reports
Units sold and what shoppers actually paid, added up across every shop stocking your brand — by month, by division and by product, never by shop.
The figures come from tills, as sales happen. That makes them retail-side and real — not a shipment figure, not a survey, and not what a distributor reports upward.
- Units — how much moved, in the product's own unit.
- Retail value — what shoppers paid, not what you invoiced the trade.
- Shops — how many outlets contributed, which tells you how solid the figure is.
- Average price paid — the number that tells you whether your price is being honoured.
Figures run a few days behind on purpose, and the free tier runs further behind than a paid one. This is not a technical limit — a panel that updated live would be a pricing signal between competitors, which is the thing competition regulators object to.
You will never see a shop named, and there is no view, export or API call that can produce one. That is a commitment to the shops whose sales make this possible, not a setting.
