Press Download CSV on any report. The file carries exactly what the screen shows — a withheld figure arrives blank with the reason in its own column, never as a zero, because a zero in a spreadsheet becomes a fact nobody questions.

The API

1. 1Open the API page in the brand portal and create a key, naming it for the tool it will live in.
2. 2Copy it now — it is shown once and cannot be retrieved afterwards.
3. 3Send it as a bearer token to the report endpoints listed on that page.
4. 4Revoke a key the moment it is no longer needed, or if you are unsure where it ended up.

A key can read reports and nothing else — it cannot edit your catalogue, change a price or create another key, whatever the permissions of the person who made it. That is deliberate: a credential that lives in somebody else's software should be able to do as little as possible.

The API answers exactly what the portal shows — the same window, the same withheld cells, the same rules. There is no endpoint with the protections removed.
